The breakfast courtyard and roof top patio were lovely. Breakfast was fine. The lobby and entrance to the hotel were cool.
The decor made me feel like I was on a ship, and the single room was smaller than most cabins! I had problems with my toilet, so my room was changed It was quite noisy at night and there are no views from the room. It was ultra- hip - little warmth
The service is excellent, and the staff could not be more accomodating. there is a free breakfast and afternoon tea (between 5pm and 6.30) every day, with wine, cheese, crisps etc - perfect when coming back from a long day on the beach! The rooms are nice, if not a bit small, but fine if you will be out and about most of the day. It's a good location - one street away from the beachfront. The beds are so comfortable too.
The only thing the hotel is missing is a swimming pool - it's a real shame as it ticks all the other boxes. I think they would do well to develop the roof and put a swimming pool on the top.
The hotel was great for a city holiday the staff were excellent and extremely accomodating nothing was a problem. The rooms are comfortable and is everything you want from a small boutique hotel and the wi-fi is free!
Would be perfect if it had a small pool!
I love this hotel, it has a lot of lovely detail. It is one block from the beach. We have two teen age boys with us and we booked the junior suite which sleeps four, but is really too small for families with older children, you would be better off booking two separate rooms. Art work is fun, breakfast is terrific. Location is very convenient--but there is construction going on around you...which is great for the area!
new fresh rooms(3 years old),modern, efficient use of small space, white rooms looks like modern furniture showroom.healthy complimentary breakfest in library setting. good water presure in the shower. happy hour from 5pm with refreshments, snacks and wine. good windows minimizing completly noise level from the busy Ben yehuda street. small twin room had space for 2 beds with good ,firm matrases and an additional sofa. Under table fridge and coffe/tea facility in the room. each floor corridor walls are painted by different artist. ultra cool lobby with retro chairs. Free vwi-fi in the hotel area plus 2 deskop computers for customers. 5th floor rooftop tarrace with modern cool furniture.Lobby steps to elavator have a ramp.good a/c in the room and in lobby. very close walk and you in the center of Tel-aviv beach promenade.
Clean hotel made buy people with taste. Breakfast was fab.
Staff was totally uninterested. Room was very small, with a tiny window looking at a wall. Claustrophobic. I checked out after one night and moved to a different hotel overlooking the sea.
Bring bottle water in the room, before check-in of the guest
Very good staff, speak in several languages, including Russian, polite and caring.
The design of the hotel and the happy hour.
It wasn't clear that the price I was told on the website didn't include vat and for Israeli citizens the price was higher.
Very artistic, breakfast was tasty and plentiful, happy hour provided an opportunity to meet others, free WiFi was fabulous, staff was courteous and helpful with recommendations, maps, etc. Comfortable beds, ample bathroom, great rooftop terrace.
Parking for a rental car-- around the corner at Isrotel- included from 5pm until 9am. However, with 15 minutes before 5pm and 15 minutes after 9am and parking garage still charged us nis 30, around $9. Not happy about those fees for 1/2 hour of extra parking.
Nice cozy rooms. Front desk stand kind and helpful. Housekeeping very good and very clean. Nice to see the Manager working with staff and greeting guests. Very well done
No iron or board in-room (no space really)
We only stayed for 1 night but I booked it because my 11 yr. Old daughter loves art and I have to replicate her motion: this is the coolest hotel!
The hotel provides bicycles, which is very helpful in Tel Aviv
We had a most pleasant stay at Artplus in March - the breakfast is amazing, the staff extremely friendly & helpful. We loved the happy hour that they put on each afternoon! The location is brilliant be it a business trip or travelling for pleasure. Would definitely stay there again & will be recommending it.
The wifi fairly poor
the sparkli9ng atmosfere!
hotel design and staff was very friendly and helpful, nice breakfast
wireless was slow or not working at all, this was extremely frustrating since we had to check our business accounts
